Warranty
Every Marlow fixture is covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from the day your order is delivered.
What is covered
A part that leaks, seizes, cracks or stops working in normal residential use: cartridges and valves, seals, handles, spouts, sprayers, hoses and mounting hardware. We send the replacement part free of charge, shipping included. If the part cannot be replaced on its own, we replace the piece.
What is not covered
- The darkening and patina of unlacquered brass and copper. There is no coating on our pieces, so the surface changes with use, water and time. That is the finish doing what it is meant to do, not a defect, and polish brings the shine back at any time.
- Scratches, dents and wear from use or cleaning.
- Damage from an installation that does not follow local plumbing codes, from unsuitable water pressure or from unsuitable water treatment.
A piece that arrives damaged, never arrives or is not what you ordered is handled under our Refund & Return Policy, at our cost, whatever the reason.
How to make a claim
Email info@marlowstudio.co or call +1 201-285-8529 with your order number, a short description of the fault and a photo. We reply within 1 business day, and a real person handles it from there.

The same warranty applies to trade orders, on every piece of the project.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, including your statutory rights in the United Kingdom.
