How we keep your information secure, and for how long

We protect your personal information with technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit over HTTPS across the whole site and checkout, access controls limited to the people who need the data to do their job, and payment processing handled by PCI-compliant providers so that full card numbers never reach us. No security measure is perfect or impenetrable, and any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. How long we retain your personal information depends on why we hold it. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is generally 7 years. Account details are kept while your account is open. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Support messages are kept for 3 years. Data we no longer need is deleted or anonymized.

  • Managing communication preferences. We may send you promotional emails, and you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails about your account or your orders.
