Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of marlowstudio.co and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Marlow, a brand of Arkan DN LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.
1. Your agreement with us
By browsing this website, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in the place where you live and that the information you give us is accurate.
2. Products, prices and orders
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include no hidden charges. Shipping is free to the United States and the United Kingdom. We may change prices, withdraw a product or limit quantities at any time before an order is accepted.
We work hard to describe and photograph every piece accurately, but screens render color differently and small variations are inherent to work finished by hand. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with a material error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Living finishes
Our pieces are made of solid unlacquered brass and solid copper. Because there is no protective coating, the surface darkens and develops a patina with use, water and time, and no two pieces age the same way. This is how the material behaves, it is not a defect, and it is not covered as a fault under our Refund & Return Policy. If you prefer the bright finish, polish returns it at any time. Care instructions are on every product page.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation email.
5. Shipping and returns
Delivery times, carriers and customs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the 60-day window are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, graphics and product descriptions on this site belong to Arkan DN LLC or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our prior written consent. Nothing on this site grants you a license to any trademark.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to submit false information or content that infringes the rights of others.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkan DN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law, including statutory rights in the United Kingdom.
9. Installation
Plumbing fixtures must be installed in line with local plumbing codes, by a qualified installer. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable water pressure or unsuitable water treatment.
10. Termination
You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to info@marlowstudio.co. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or abuse our return policy. Termination does not affect any order already placed or any right that has already arisen.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its date. Material changes are announced on this page, and, when the law requires it, by email. The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in force on the day you place it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
