Before you write

Two answers that save you an email:

• Where is my order? Orders leave within 2 to 4 business days and arrive 6 to 8 business days later. You get a tracking number by email as soon as yours ships. Full detail in our Shipping Policy.
• I want to return something. You have 60 days from delivery, return shipping is on us. Email or call us with your order number and we send you a prepaid label. Full detail in our Refund & Return Policy.
